Should I be working out during my PCT?
Or will my I be breaking down my gains without enogh test to really buid anything?

yes work out....your trying to keep your natty test levels elevated and working out helps with that...you may have to cut down on how hard you train though....good question for the workout and/or steroid forum.

lifting and diet are more important through pct than during the cycle.

They say you should try to keep working out as if you were still on the juice. When you cant then you can taper off.
