eca question

i searched quite a bit and only saw one thread with the same question and no answer so i was hoping to see if anyone could help me out? with the eca stack can you or has anyone used caff. speed gels instead of straight caff. pills? i see they have the white willow bark as well so can i scrap the aspirin as well? or am i better off sticking with old faithful e-c-a?

I'm not familiar with "caff speed gels" but sounds like it's a gel from of caff pills. check the label. You're prob ok with them.
