    Bcaa

    Is Glutamine good to take in the morning before cardio in oredr not to lose muscle and helpfull for a LBM cycle or cutter.

    take 5g when u wake up before ur morn cardio 5g after ur weights and 5g before bed if your concerned

    I didnt think you were supposed to take glutamine after your workout. It slows something...at least thats what I thought.

    I take 1 hour before AM working, 1 mid day between meals with BCAA and 1 before bed with BCAA. After your workout if you're taking protein...it will fight for uptake and would be wasted.

    Wait..glutamine is an amino acid..part of what makes up protein. So why would they be fighting? I thought it might have more to do with the slowing absorbtion of simple carbs PW.
