    hot rox, ripped fuel, hydroxy cut, all those thermogenics are pretty much the same, and wont do a thing unless you bust your but in the gym

    actually anything that raises metabolic rate and therefore increaes production of heat is a "thermogenic"

    have to solidly agree, though their f-heit ad is quite entertaining (lets just say the spokesmodel was wise choice)--- too bad the product is low grade junk.

    ephedra is not exactly legal again, the ruling only found that the 10mg dosage used by NVE was not proven to be unsafe, technically over 10mg is still not allowed. not that its stopping people from selling old stock.
