Heartburn/constant burbing of my last meal have been plagueing my workouts the past 2 days.
I just started SD and have been takeing Pro Liver(600 mg milk thistle, NAC), multi, vit C, and eating what i normally eat.
The thing is i'll be working out and i just keep burbing. ITs like a rough burb, not quite acid reflex but i can taste the roast beef/cheese and sweet potatoe i ate earlier- its nasty.
What could it be? Maybe i just need to take a tums or something b4 working out. I think it is that PRO liver i take 3 of those pills they look and smell horrid. I could only imagine how my stomach is dealing with it.
