Cytogainer vs. Nlarge2
Wow so much confusion about weightgainers huh? A few questions though...can anyone give me info on which one is better for post workout nutrition....nlarge2 has quite a bit of sugars and contains only maltodextrin...now everyone always says carbs pwo should be 50% dex and 50% malto...is this reallly important? also cytogainer is straight maltodex but has very little amount of sugars...so is it vital that i go find some dextrose or what?
