Where can I get yohimburn (the topical stuff) and how much does it usually cost? What would a safe dosage of ephedra/caffeine be? How much topical yohimburn would I need to apply? At what times during the day would be optimal and how far apart should I space the dosages? Thanks a lot.
Well I just read the ingredients on Lipodrene (I bought thinking it was just ephedra). It has 25mg ephedrine group alkaloids, green tea extract (12.5mg caffeine group) alkaloids, yohimbe extract (1mg yohimbine alkaloids) and 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous. Since this already has ephedrine, yohimbe, green tea and caffeine would additional supplementation be needed? I am not sure of the amount of yohimbine and green tea to take per day. I know I don't need anymore caffeine or ephedra, or at least not right now. Anybody? Thanks
