I am currently running both proteins. Solid muscle at my job and ON at my home. I add 1teaspoon of peanut butter to my shake as well and use water.
What protein to you guys prefer? I like solid muscle more, but ON has some more aminos and other goodies in it. The price is comparable as well

as far as overall, i like ON... but for the money, i always get solid.. i take aminos and all the stuff in ON anyway, so no reason to spend the money on it
well, I am trying the On now, the taste, I think is not as good as Solid muscle, so when I am done with this 5lbs, I am switching back to solid muscle
