sesamin v.s flaxseed

There is a new fat loss/preventing supplement out there consisting of extracts from sesame seeds (sesamin) and it is supposed to work synergistically with CLA, improving the results of both when taken together. I was wondering if flaxseed would do the same as this sesamin. It just sounds like too much hype for a new supplement that isn't as good as the old ones. I know the lignans are different but i was just wondering if there was any other product that would do the same and not overprice. thanx.

SesaThin, by Avant Labs, has been out for a while, with plenty of anedoctal feedback. IT goes far beyond flaxseed.

I just bought a ton of Sesamin... looks to be some great stuff.

While not the first to release sesamin, as prolangtum has been ever so quick to point out :1laugh:, the best price on sesamin/episesamin is Sesamax by Scotts Finest :).

It depends what results ur looking for....fat loss? SesaThin. Lowering cholesterol? Both worked wonders for me.

I've been using both-my cholesterol has been steadily declining...
