yes do it for 21 straight days even on sat. and sun.
i used flaxseed oil and i took 1tblspoon ed
omega 3 are a good start but it alone wont be effective get some flush free niacin and take around 2 grams daily slipt up into 4 doses
and also grab some red yeast rice and take it at 1200mg+ ed
how many times you said that exact post bryan2?? how bout in the last 2 weeks??? 10x? 20x? :)
