    question about no explode use

    It says on the jug that i am supposed to not eat anything for one hour and then to take it. And it also says to take it 45 minutes before training.
    I usually eat a pro fat meal 30 minutes to 45 minutes before lifting as advised on this bored. What should i do, it says results will be diminished if i do not follow this instruction, any experiences or suggestions thanks.

    if you gonna lift at lets just say 3 oclock, eat ur meal at 130 , drink the shake at 230, then lift at 3 , for me it works, i feel the full effect of the NO-XPLODE, and i still get a meal in before lifting, the extra half hour after the meal shouldnt make a hudge diff
