    Glutamine in the AM

So I've heard both yes and no on whether or not to take some Glutamine before your AM Cardio, whats the deal? Yes or no?

Also, Is it okay to take CLA and Glutamine at the same time?

Are there any advantages of taking creatine at a certain time of the day?

Take caretine, preworkout. No need for any Glutamine at all pre cardio. It will not do a damn thing.

the fat burning affects of cla are way over rated. i think glutamine works for some and doesnt for others. i notice a significant faster recovery while taking it.

I could see someone wanting to use Glutamine post weight training, but post cardio no. Won't do anything. i personally think Glutamine is worthless, to much evidence that suggests that it does nothing.
