I saw this advertisement as well. Sounds similar to selling point they used to use for glutamine. Follow Prolangtum's advice to the T.

This is the public press release given by ENDOVASC (the company making the stuff). Hope it helps with some of the questions.
PRESS RELEASE
Nutraceutical Development Corp.'s Endothil-CR Begins Sales
MONTGOMERY, Texas--June 7, 2005--Endovasc, Inc. - (OTCBB: EVSC - News; OTC:EVSD - News) announces today that Endothil-CR, a non-steroid supplement based on the Company's proprietary technology for muscle cell recruiting and accelerated bodybuilding, is featured in a
national print and e-marketing campaign. The product is currently available at the website and will be available at retail outlets nationwide this summer. Endothil-CR was
first showcased at the Arnold Classic, where it was marketed to bodybuilders and fitness buffs.
Louis Rinaldi, Head of Product Acquisitions at Basic Research in Salt Lake City, stated, "We are
excited that Endothil-CR is now available to the general public. Even prior to the full retail launch of
the product, the initial sales numbers look strong. The product is being well received by fitness
enthusiasts and by the so-called 'couch potato', people with little or no exercise history who are
starting an exercise regimen but have limited time to spend in the gym and yet are looking to get
maximum strength and muscle growth gains from their efforts. Bottom line, we feel there is great
market potential for a natural muscle enhancement supplement such as Endothil-CR that appeals to
and can benefit enthusiasts and beginners alike."
Endovasc CEO and President Dr. Diane Dottavio, "We are pleased with the initial response to our in-
novative product as we have already received numerous positive testimonials from current users. I
believe that as more people are exposed to the potential benefits of Endothil, the more popular it will
become."

found this off bb.com
One of the biggest scams currently available. Their [Novex Biotech] marketing appears to be almost as bad as Fizogen's. If you're wondering what Endoshit-CR, contains, it's right here:
Quote:
What's In It?
Supplement Facts:
Serving Size: 1 Tablet
Servings Per Container: 30
Amount Per Serving:
Calories 0
Total Carbohydrates 0g
Sugars 0g
Riboflavin 6.8mg 400%
Proprietary Blend 9mg
-Green Tomato SE
-Grape Seed SE
-Grean Tea SE
-Quercetin
-Rutin
Other Ingredients:
Cane sugar, tomato powder, mono-and diglycerides, salt stearic acid, natural flavors, FD&C red #40 lake, magnesium stearate, and silica.

As you can clearly see, there's nothing in it. I used to actually think it said Riboflavin at 6.8g, but nope--it's mg. Then we have a "proprietary blend" (how exciting, Novex) @ a whopping 9mg consisting of green tomato, grapeseed, green tea, quercetin, and rutin.
Even if these were in effective dosages (9mg is literally a sprinkle of each, if that), it wouldn't do anything for anabolism. Green tea is a potent antioxidant, but not in the amount Novex Bioshit is giving you, which is probably something like <5mg considering it's listed third on the proprietary blend (generally--proprietary blends are listed in order from "most" to "least" contained in the product, plus that's not even getting into EGCG% which wouldn't matter anyway).
And then they go and say it's going to do the same thing as steriods . Please never buy anything from this company and spread the word.
