    I was wondering what your guys thoughts were on the prohormones and stacks they have available....what are the pros and cons of them?

    Well, allsportsnutrition.com I'm sure has most that are of equal value to building muscle growth. How much is very dependent on the person. Some claim to see great results, others wish they were never invented. Me, being part of the seond group. Take this for what it's worth and nothing more.

    If prohormones worked like they say they do, why would anybody be taking steroids?

    I would do more research and stay away from prohormones.. they can shut down your natural test production and cause sides like AAS (depends on the prohormone though... as 1-ad and 1-test don't aromatize). Stick with creatine

    Stay away from pro-hormones. A quality protein supp is worth its weight in gold.
