Soy Pretein
Okay, I get a lot of mixed answers about this stuff. When I first was doing research, all I saw was "Don't use this!" and "It creates a ton of estrogen and makes you fat!" Now I am starting to see a lot more people say that it's a very good protein that dosn't add fat, and lots of lifters use a half whey/half soy protein blend now-a-days.
Opinions?
