purple k sounds too good to be tru, they say it works 10x more effective than normal creatine, and it assures no bloating??
Just get yourself some bulk CEE and you're all set.
don't buy the creatine drinks. especially from pinnacle! lets just say they will "tear you up" after that experiance i started buying straight creatine and just ate the desired amount and chased it with some water.
