Do you take a multi vitamin?
I've heard that taking a multi vitamin is sometimes worthless because - the acids in your stomach are not able to dissolve the vitamin - before you pass it. (If this was true....I might still be ok cause I only go once a day usually?)

Vitamins are divided into two groups....
Fat soluble and Water soluble.
Water soluble vitamins are absorbed through the stomach wall. And, aren't easily affected by acidity. But, do mix with the HCL in the stomach, causing indigestion. Which, is why it's better to take vitamins with food, and not on an empty stomach.
The fat soluble vitamins...A,D,E,and K are absorbed by the large intestine. And, it helps to eat...so, that the vitamins are carried with the food, and are absorbed more readily by the large intestine.
I take a multi every morning with breaky. Along with Calcium Citrate and Vitamin C.

Do recomend something like Centrum for a multi vitamin? I have no dairy in my diet, and I just pulled my Orange Juice, So I don't see any place in my diet that I would get the Vitamin C or Calcium. I should probably be taking those vitamins as well then, right?
