I took 2-3 grams pre-workout and 2-3 grams pwo. If you got it in powder form, good luck drinking that shit. ITS NASTYYYY!!!!!!! I would cap it if i were u.

Do what I do, go to walmart and buy those gatorade bottles that are mixes for like those coolers and it will give you a measuring cup for 8 oz drink and mix it.. The cee with Gatorade Rush taste pretty damn good!

There is no proper dosing of creatine. Nothing has been established and it depends on the type, brand, concentration, etc. The best thing to do is take some pre and post workout in the neighborhood of 5g.
i am an indegenous looking mexican from Teotihuacan who has barely enough to eat, my protein comes from my beans and i make my own creatine, stop telling to buy name brand
