What kind of CREATINE do you use?

Did a search, and couldn't find a solid posts where everyone lists the type of creatine they use and what kinds of results they get.

I've done Celltech (flame away hehe) and got great results. I want to know everyone's brand and routine (loading, when you take it, how many mg's, etc). I will be starting Creatine pretty soon when AS run out...if I don't get any solid responses I'll just stick to Celltech so please help me out bro's/sista's....

    peace

    I use EAS Simply Creatine.

Someone told me that the powder is better?

I take 5g twice a day. I think it would be better to do about six times a day but I forget to take it.

I have heard of a new supplement called creablast liquid straight form germany. It is microcoated so that you get total absorbtion unlike the rest of the brands that come from Japan which lose up to half of their potency by time they get to the U.S. Check it out: www.impactnutrition.com

Creatine Glycerol Phosphate by Metabollic Nutrition. Supposedly, monohydrate stores water around your muscles and can cause dehydration, and this stuff stores water inside the muscle. OK, so the guy at the supplement store sold me on it, but I don't really use it much anymore, it worked great the first time I used it, and not so well ever since then.

Tried that to, didn't notice any strength gains, celltech gave me gains as well as pains. Bloat, gas, didn't want to eat, cause my stomach hurt like hell. Haven't been on creatine in awhile, but looking into getting some, just gotta find the right one?

I liked Celltech and got great resul;ts when I used it. That effervescent stuff is garbage from my experience. Not near as good as Celltech, at least for me. I'm looking for something different than Celltech, with a "built in" delivery system similar to Celltech. Maybe EAS???

I use MET-RX mass action,.....I love it!!!!!!! it contains creatine monohydrate 5g, L-glutamine 2g, HMB 1g, TMG (trimethylglycine) 500mg, in each serving, and also has vitamins C, B6, calcium, Phosphorus. Oh yeah it only has 9g's of sugar aswell, so you can get the sugar in the fun way instead of though your creatine (fruit juice, fat free cookies, mix it with cool aid, etc. etc.) and when your not looking to spike your insulin , you can still use it, 9 grams of sugar wont spike your insulin,..........enough for now, I feel like I'm trying to do an advevtisement for them,..... lol ..............

I've tried the Cell-Tech, its not that I didnt like it, but for that price, I just think I can spend my money smarter,...and pretty much get the results I'm looking for from a much cheaper brand, that also has the HMB and L-glutaime in it aswell,........I do agree that the Cell-Tech is a good creatine though,......cant think of anything bad to say about it except the price,.............

MURPH, bro i have a few quick questions for ya. I'm thinking about using that creatine you listed (I am a fan of MetRx products).

    1) what kind of gains did you make?

    2) How long, approximately, does ONE can of that shit last?

    3) Compare it to any other creatine you have used, if any.

    4) Do you mix it with just water or do you have to mix it with dextrose to load it??

    Thanks murph, peace bro
