    no xplode dosage

    I've heard a bunch of different opinions about how many scoops a day (during workout days) I should be taking of this stuff. The bottle says 2 or 3 scoops, but some say 1 is all you need. Since I'm on a tight budget, i love hearing i can cut down how much I use a day, but I still want to get the most out of it as possible. What do you guys recommend? and how much creatine is in each serving, I can't tell from the bottle? Thanks.

    I started with one scoop and it did not do much for me. I went to 2 and I believe that dosage is perfect. Great energy nice pumps. The only bad thing I noticed was I started to get bloated after 2 weeks of using it. I do not see any reason to use 3 scoops.

    i used 1 the first day, then moced up to 2, now im at 2 and alitte extra n its perfect, id dont use it on non workout days, its not really needed, n if u drink it every day u build up a tolerance n u lose that extra edge

    Ya i was using 3 scoops for like 2 months then went to 4 after that it was to expencive so I have stopped for a wile to let my tolerance go down

    do you guys know how much creatine is in each scoop? I've had a lot of difficulty figuring it out.
