milkthistle is between 800 and 1200mg ed. i am not sure about the cranberry
as much cranberry as you can take
I usually shoot for a few grams ed of cranberry
Definitely get yourself a cranberry supplement to help protect your kidneys. I would recommend taking the dose recommended on the bottle. If you have a good quality supplement, then this should be sufficient.
