    Weight Gainer - 2580 Calories/Serving !

    Just ordered some Twinlabs Super Gainers Fule, im a hard gainer and just comming off a long cycle with a fast matabolism, do you think this gainer will help me maintain my weight or just make me fat ? Its got SHIT loads of protein but my only worrie is it may also be full of SHIT...

    your body can only handle 35-40 grams of protien per serving......

    Don't get that, there's no point in eating all that much at the same time. Trust me I made that mistake and it made me fat, well fatter at least. Your mixing fats with sugars, not good. Get Nlarge2 if you have to. If you already ordered, I say take 1/2 of a serving for PWO.

    Calories 2560 perserving?

    i bet the scooper for that is a coffee can(at 4 level scoops), and you need to mix it up in a 5 gal bucket. lol

    Usually a serving is like 4-6 scoops.

    Call me Captain Obvious, but can't you just do 2 scoops? Maybe 2x a day...

    yes you can you can mix it up all @ once and drink it all day
    or mix it several time thru out the day. alot of ppl think you need to mix it and drink it all @ once .

    would splitting it up accross the day avoid me gettin fat too ?
