Aminoo acids and protein shake
Can you tell me which is better and also how is better:
to get one amino before and one after workout and then a protein shake
or to get 4 amino after workout and then some carbohydrates...
also which is the proper way of taking amino: with or without carbo..and with full or empty stomach?
