    Question Question about thermogenics

    I know that thermogenics burn fat, but I recently heard that fat burners such as hydroxycut also eat muscle. IS this true? or is the staement that fat burners eat muscle true? If,so how cna i burn fat on top of diet/cardio while reating muscle? Thanx

    fat burners cannot target any specific type of tissue they just raise metabolism so your body is using more calories than normal.

    If diet is off then muscle as well as fat can be lost.

    When dieting you should always try to consume adequate or even more protein to try and counter this
