Question about a supplement
Today's workout was very painful I had alot of lactic buildup and I could barely finish my workout. I was wondering if there is anything that I could take to help that problem
I did some research and came across Cytomax, Citruline Malate...(Don't know what is best)
--any other supps that helped for you guys
What do you think I should take if anything at all

Hi
use citrulline malate at 9-12 grams a day ( it works wonders)
and possible acetly carnitine at about 3 grams a day
both recycle edogenous ATP , clear lactic acid and are plain healthy for you
thats it

body octane is a great product that has both but it looks like it doscontinued

now do I drink it while working out---How do you break it up in a day? is there any special brand that you get

no special brand,
the effects are both acute and cumulative , so find whats best for you
