Post Workout Shake Question
MY SHAKE CONSISTS OF:-
2 Scoops protein powder (45g)
2 tablespoons glutamine
5g creatine monohydrate100g dextrose powder
Before hand i mix this in water and leave it in the fridge at the gym about an hour later i have the shake..Is there anything wrong with leaving it like this or should i mix it fresh.
I have herd the creatine converts to creatineine????or somthing along those letters..

not sure, but for if ur using creatine mono go with 10 grams, no idea about waiting an hour

You should also include a carb in your post workout shake such as Dextrose.

i think that your supposed to consume your pwo meal within an hour of finishing your workout.

On a sidenote...as mentioned by a bro previously, you should add a quick-assimilating carb source to your PWO shak
