    MY SHAKE CONSISTS OF:-

    2 Scoops protein powder (45g)
    2 tablespoons glutamine
    5g creatine monohydrate100g dextrose powder
    600ml water

Before hand i mix this in water and leave it in the fridge at the gym about an hour later i have the shake..Is there anything wrong with leaving it like this or should i mix it fresh.

I have herd the creatine converts to creatineine????or somthing along those letters..

    thanks again

You should also include a carb in your post workout shake such as Dextrose.

He said he mixes it...puts it in the gym's fridge and has it one hour later.

It can be infered from what he stated that his workout is one hour long .

Leaving it for an hour is ok mang... It takes more than an hour for Creatine in solution to convert to creatinine. In fact, research indicates that it may take days for such to happen..and an acidic environment. This isn't to say that You should leave you creatine in solution for days..but rather, that leaving it for some hours is no prob.

On a sidenote...as mentioned by a bro previously, you should add a quick-assimilating carb source to your PWO shak
