    protein creatine and glutamine

I have heard many things such as taking protein/creatine can cancel each other out or glutamine/creatine taken at the same time can cancel each other out... Some others say that you can take all of them and it wont matter?? Can anyone help me out with this issue

    Thanks

i've read some studies on glutamine/creatine at the same time is bad...

but i believe glutamine is a total waste to begin with...theres many studies on it.....if you're getting enough protein throughout your day you're fine w/o the glutamine unless you're getting it through the IV and/or a burn victim

glutamine is an unsolved mystery...i take glutamine just incase it does actually work...if it does work then its very valuable, but if it doesnt then its crap...i can see an advertisement for it now...."Glutamine...the world's #1 just incase supplement"

glutamine is found in most quality protein powders. i only use creatine for pct. i remember when it first became popular and all those nfl football players had muscle cramps from not drinking enough water.

glutamine is a supplement not worthing buying, I read a study published in muscular development awhile back and the result was that glute did nothing for bodybuilding, just another supplement that robs your hard earned dollars.
