    Too much ZINC?

    On average i get in about 50mg ED, Im thinking I should take 100mg.

    here are my reasons

    u lose about 33% in each ejaculation...I have sex/masturbate 5 times a day on average...give or take....the rda is 15...so thats 5mgX5 thats 25mg , plus the sweating , and keep in mind that the rda is low....

    would 100mg ED for life be too much zinc??? are there any side effects?? and do u know if any foods meds or other vitamins/minerals stop absorption??

    well i found out that too much can give u a copper and iron deff , decrease the hdl and smth like 240-540 surpressed immunity

    neway, u think 100mg(considering my situation) it too much and could cause problems??? or is it fine??

    cant remember man, it said 33% of the rda which is 5mg approx..

    u do lose some zinc when u cum...but how much i dont know....Im guessing 100mg from food and supps is safe..whaddya think?

    whats the best form of zinc tho? citrate, picolinate , glutonate etc..???

    i've been takin 50mgs year round and have no sides to report cept it helps w/ morning wood and an increase in seminal volume. I read in Muscular Development that upping your intake of copper helps absorb the zinc.
