I am doing a 6 week Bi-Daily weight trainning program:
... AM Workout: 60min Cardio + Weight Program
... PM Workout: 60min Fitness (Tennis court no racket) + 30min Abs + Light Weights (Elastic bands Rotator Cuff)
Which would be the best timeframes to take WHEY Protein Gold Standard + Cell Mass + GL3 L-Glutamine??? I want to make sure I am taking the correct dosage at the correct time.
