I have a dehydration problem and am using Creatine to not only increase muscle mass but also help hydrate with the water retention.
I have Cell Mass which is said to take after a workout.. I bought Weider Creatine Capsules by mistake! Could I take a couple capsules before the workout combined with the Cell Mass after the workout????
They capsules cost only 10 bucks... but would be a shame to put them to waste :D
