What dosages have you had sucess with Tonkat Ali at???

Have you ran more then recommended amount, did it help??

Hell yes I remember mixing it up with my milk thistle and I have to take like 5 of those and it ended being like 5 grams!!!

Holy shit I had sex like 7 times that day!!!!

I have been taking 4 Redkat pills 5 times per week. I'm going to bump it up to 4 Redkat pills 7 times per week. Do you think this is enough or should I increase it more? It is very hard to tell how much tongkat you are getting with a Biotest product. Their labels don't give exactly how many mg of tongkat you are getting.

Shit Im taking 1 pill a day at 400mgs, Im going to bump the dosage up.Papi, go on their web site see if that will tell you how mANy mgs. per pill.
