you can find some good cheap creatine at allsports....it is the board sponsor at the top of the page. as for glutamine...if your drinking a protein shake then you should not need a glutamine substitute. if you look on the label of the powder it should be on the amino acid profile.
do u have a scecific brand that u know is good because there is alot there

The only brand ive used is EAS. Some take 5g before and after workout. Personally i take 10g pwo. Most brands of protein already have glutamine in the mix, if not id take 15-20mg daily.
have u gotten good gains with EAS
