my bodybuilder friend hook me up with this new product called SWOLE, it it's like creatine but the ingr are glycocyamine,glucuronolactone,tricreatine malate,trimethylglycine hci, the stuff rocks it gives you a hell of a pump like eq, and my wieght has gone up any one ever use it and there results,, thanks
