I Need A Good Bcaa Supplement

I would like a good vaule qality amino product...Somthing that i can take if i cant get access to protein food..or for takin before gym..


I was thinking of

DYMATIZE SUPER AMINO 4800

UNIVERSAL AMINO 3001

anybody used these before..

Any body reccomend anything else

to be honest the only bcaa ive used are by opt nutrition. usually your protein powder contains enough.

Scivation has a good Bcaa product called "Xtend"
