    New Here! Check out my bulking cycle!

    Hey guys what's up? I posted this up in the new members forum but forgot it was just for introductions...so..check it out. I'm fairly new to all this so I wanted to start with something otc..

    Age: 20 years old
    Weight: 183 pounds
    Height: 5í9
    Experience: 1 year 6months (this will be my first cycle)
    BF%: 20%

    Schedule:

    5 days prior to cycle
    1000mg Milk Thistle
    1200mg RYR
    60mg CoQ10

    Week 1
    20mg Phera-Plex
    10mg Superdrol
    1000mg Milk Thistle
    1200mg RYR
    60mg CoQ10
    2tabs Perfect Cycle
    1tab Ramp Age (before each workout)

    Week 2
    Same

    Week 3
    10mg Phera-Plex
    20mg Superdrol
    1000mg Milk Thistle
    1200mg RYR
    60mg CoQ10
    2tabs Perfect Cycle
    1tab Ramp Age (before each workout)

    Week 4
    Same

    Week 5 Ė PCT
    3caps PCT
    75mg Rebound XT
    3caps Retain
    1000mg Milk Thistle
    1200mg RYR
    60mg CoQ10

    Week 6
    2caps PCT
    50mg Rebound XT
    2caps Retain

    Week 7
    1caps PCT
    25mg Rebound XT
    1caps Retain

    Iíll be on a bulking diet. Although I obviously donít want to gain anymore fat, I want to take full advantage of what I'm using.

    BMR = 2,192Ö So Iíll bump it up 750 more to gain about 1 and a half pounds a week.

    So my daily calorie intake is now 2,942 which consist of

    366grams of protein
    218grams of carbs
    72grams of fat

    Split up in about 8 meals a day

    For Exercise

    Cardio 3x a week
    Lifting 4x a week

    The whole cycle and pct basicly consist of Anabolic Xtreme products. So I have only a few questions. Am I over doing it combining the Milk Thistle with Perfect Cycle for liver protection? Does the PCT look alright and does my diet sound right for me? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    best bet leave the cycle and concentrate on your diet for a 2-3 yrs before considering another cycle like that......!!!! LOL

    This guy is only 183 with 20%bf. I feel like a fat ass at 244 about 17-18%. I am cutting though.

    forget his diet, im still trying to figure out what some of those drugs are. bro, seriously wait a few more years eat, read up, & do some "real gear". u will be better off & will thank us later.

    your never going to gain alot of weight if you are doing cardio 3 times a week. also if you ignore everyones opinions on just focusing on diet then i would also add some fish and flax seed oil. sd disrupts your lipid profile. also you would be amazed what a proper diet will do for your gains in the gym.

    Thanks cope. I was told to do some cardio atleast 3x a week to keep from gaining to much fat while bulking and taking sd. I wanted to bulk up now druing the winter and start cutting down in February

    not to be an ass but you if you have 20% bf then i would definately do a clean bulk. if you do a clean bulk and watch your diet until february then you should be ok. sd works best with high carb/calorie diets. if your hellbent on doing cardio just make sure that it is not in the morning on an empty stomach. i would also load the supps around two weeks prior. be sure to eat a bananna or take a potassium supp prior to exercise...the low back pumps are pretty bad on sd.

    you're not an ass..I need to know what I'm doing. That's why I come here for advice. What's a clean bulk? I know this isn't the dieting forums but should I just maintain my cal intake? I've already lost 13 pounds on my diet but I thought if I wanted to gain more muscle I needed to up the amount of food I was eating esp. on a supp. stack. I read the "How to bulk" sticky and thought I would just follow that.

    "If you want to gain body weight, you must consume more calories than you burn. One pound of body weight is roughly equivalent to 3500 calories, so eating an extra 500 calories per day will cause you to gain one pound a week. Etc…."

    A clean bulk, would be high quality, clean foods
    Ie: agrilled chicken breast.

    the bulking sticky is a helpful tool. basically a clean bulk is using protein sources like chicken, tuna, lean gournd beef, lean steak, Carbs: brown rice, yams, oatmeal, grits, red potatos. fats walnuts, fish oil, flax seed oil, sunflower seeds, natural peanut butter. try to stay away from things like soda,fried/fast food, ice cream, limit dairy use. These are all just examples of clean sources of food intake.

    i was goning to run thaT plan at one time then thought ill see how the phera-plex does on its own. Having run SD b4 i had something to guage it by , phera-plex alone was far better then SD. Also you said you were pretty new to this so im guessing you have never ran either product b4, and with that being said i would not stack the 2 split them up into 2 different runs. After that decide if you feel you need to stack the products togeather .

    thanks cope n cfiler..after some more research I think I put together a nice clean bulking diet along with the times I should eat certain foods..going out to the store today to stock up

    devilsdeity, were the gains good enough that you'd run sd and pp again?What kind of PCT did you take?

    i did not run the 2 compounds togeather
    each product works well on its own . the only thing i could see being greater by running both at the same time would be the side effects.
    SD @ 30mg ed i got around 6-8lbs
    PP @ 30mg ed i gained 10-12lbs.
    for pct i run clomid and nolva.

    Would you suggest getting rid of the Perfect Cycle and just stick with milk thistle and instead of PCT,Reatain,and RXT just use clomid and nolva?

    its again personal pref. we have access to clomid and nolva
    its proven effective time and time again so why not use it?
