ECY questions

I've done some research but alot of what i have read is kind of vague....first question
1. Dosages....25mg ephedra, 200mg caffeine, and 5mg yohimbine taken 3 times daily making your total 75mg ephedra, 600mg caffeine, and 15mg yohimbine? Correct???

2. Is there a difference between Yohimbine and Yohimbe? I've read both in different threads and im confused on if there's a difference or not and if so are the dosages of each different?

3. Is asprin not needed in this stack? or do i still include it.....

4. What kind of interval do u run this stack, can u stay on for 4+weeks at a time or do you need to cycle it 2 on 2 off as with clen?

I appreciate the feed back guys like i said i've done some research just couldnt figure out the last few details as alot of the posts were vague. Also is the ECY really that much better than the ECA stack?? just curious..

Those are the MAXIMUM dosages...

Dont take Yohimbe...

You dont need aspirin...

2wks on 2wks off...

so use the yohimbine?? or dont take it at all?

nah i think i can get it at walgreens even.......anyone ever use "D&E SUPER CAP" ephedra??? if not then i think im going to use the vasopro from bodybuilding.com

Just do a search for yohimbine...a lot of posts will come up...

another thing...i've found Yohimbine at a local walgreens....But its not Yohimbine HCL is there a signifcant difference??

i have thought about doing an ECY cycle in a few weeks, could you post your results, how long you were on and what kind of sides you had?

i will as soon as i do it. I had intentions of doing it over my chrismas break but i got really sick and wasnt able to to anything at all so i plan on starting it in a couple weeks but ill let u know

Yohimbe is the bark of the plant. it contains many different alkaoids that may or may not work synergisticly to produce the stimulation. Yohimine is one of the alkaoids in pure form.

You will most likely find that yohimbe products are standardized for alkaloid, no straigh yohimbine, this means tha you are getting far less yhoimbine per serving.

Think of ephedra ad ephedrine. One is hte plant while hte other is the active alkaloid. Apparently, more people had negative reactions to ephedra than to ephedrine, hence why ephdrine is avaliable but ephedra isnt

Some feel ephedrine is better than ephedra...i personally agree...i woudl do 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off and cycle it up, dont start with 3 doeses a day but one..then 2 and so on. Your body is like a blind man....it cant see what your putting in, it can only adjust to it what it feels.

Also i rec. 81 MG of aspirin instead of Yohim stuff....too many side effects taking that with the ephedra at same time. You will SEE RESULTS from the ECA that i promise.

alright, well i already have everything for the ecy so thats what im gonna run thx for the feedback though....anything else i should add to the ecy....? and what kind of weightloss did you experience with the eca/ecy?

Haro...stick to a good diet with cardio and just watch the weight come off....you shoudl notice weight loss within the first couple weeks
