is there diff creatine for big and smaller guys, because my training partner is pretty small trying to get big, and im big fat and muscular. we want to go in on a bunch of it together but this is aquestion ive been tryingto read on and cant find an answer, or should we be taking diff kinds? and plz feel free to recommend brands or types.

well its my uncle hes 40 yrs old about 145....i on the other hand am 21, about 280, im not all fat i used to workout in HS for football, just getting back into this is like month 2, i was just wondering if we should both use the same stuff or is there a difference, because hes trying to get big and im trying to lose fat but also gain muscle. ive read and read on it. but i havent seen anywhere where it says for the size of the guy or if it matters, so if we both took some ethyl ester kind we could both benefit from it?
