anyone have any thoughts on the time released protein that u take at night before u go to bed. it releases over 8 hrs when u sleep so it keeps feeding your muscles over the time period instead of the regular protein that digests rapidly? anyone have any thoughts or experiences?? please help out cuz if it legit ill probably buy it. thanks guys:unsure: :unsure:
