Nope. Are you taking too many per day ? Lactose intolerent ? Might want to try a different brand.

i take 3 which is the required amount and it sais no lactose on the container..
i can think of one thing but not sure if this is the case.. it sais to use non fat milk but i just use normal milk which has alot of fat in it.. could this be the reason or has this got nothing to do with it?

i dont handle shakes well either, it can be whey isolate with no lactose, no fat, no carbs. my stomach just doesnt handle it. WPC is a nightmare.

shake protien is over rated guys, the only time I ever do a shake is usually PWO. Your so much better off getting it from food. You'll have a shitload more energy and the food actually stays in your system awhile, you piss and shit alot of that powder away.

stayinstacked.. thats true bro but to get the required protein amount per day you gotta times your body weight by 1.5 and its very hard to reach that amount with just food.. where as if you have shakes that are just protein it boosts it

Try only two shakes aday. 1 post work out, and one at bedtime. I would also try a different brand. What brand of protien? Is it weight gainer, or protien shake?
