how much and how many times do you take it?
I remember one time i used to take 5g in the am, 5g before work outs and 5g right after work outs, did this for 6 weeks and saw some good gains
how do you guys cycle it?

that seems like alot. personally i have takin it i loaded for one week at 10g aday then orthe next 3 or our weeks 5 g thats just how i ws shown how to do it and ive read the same

i noticed that 5g a day doesnt do anything for me, soo i thought id bump it up a notch

if 5g's doesn't do anything for ya, im doubtfull that 10g's will...you may simply not respond to it...i dont cycle it, i just stay on it...i flux between 5 and 10g's, stayin on 10 as long as i can, but after a while i tend to get some joint pain, so back to 5 for a few weeks...

I don't cycle it. I do 5g before workout and 5g after workout. I will still do 10g per day on my off-days.
