Quick question, Im currently on creatine and have been for a bit, but I am planning a cycle of Superdrol in about 3 weeks. Im a little scared that my creatine will have adverse effects to the Superdrol and take away from my gains? Has anyone else been on creatine while starting a SD cycle? any advice?
Superdrol has some diruetic(sp) properties, so creatine would not be effective. I'd wait untill after the cycle, and start creatine the next day after your last pill. It would help with keeping the newly added weight.
i got some 19 nor andro from a buddy of mine , is it really effective
or am i wasting my time?

Yeah i def agree that creatine should be started during pct. My problem is that im already on creatine... should i STOP taking my creatine before the cycle and begin again? or just stay on throughout?... i dont mind having the creatine lose effectivness during the cycle, i just dont want the SD to lose effectivness due to the creatine... i hope my question is clear enough..please let me know if it isnt
It won't make the superdrol less effective, but the creatine would make you dehydrated, and would be ineffctive. I would stop the creatine, and start back up when PCT starts.
Superdrol is a diuretic, so it would drain water out of your system, making the creatine ineffective. Most people stop creatine during the cycle, then start using it again in PCT to help keep the added mass.

No problem. That's what I'm going to do. Haven't decided if I'm going to use superdrol, or phrea plex...
If you drink plenty of water you will see gains from both...
that was another question i have ...is it possible to just keep yourself extremely hydrated and see gains....i was hoping i could get away with this so i wouldnt have to lose some strength and size right before starting the cycle...my guess is though that the SD will still keep drawing water out of your body, completely counter-acting creatines affect...please correct me if im wrong...?
It's possible, but I wouldn't bother... it's your body though.
It's alot of work, and extra water to get around losing 1-2 lbs of water
weight while doing a cycle. You'll be growing so fast, you won't notice the
creatine not being in your system.
thats true ...the gains of the SD will outweigh my loss from the creatine...im prob gunna cut the creatine out 2 weeks prior to starting my cycle to start fresh, then begin the creatine again 6 weeks later when my pct starts ...preciate the advice
Sounds good. That's what I'm doing. Your gains in the first week will be equal if not better than what you have on creatine.
I'm also a beliver of not staying on creatine 365. I let my body take a break.
yeah a couple months a year i take a break from creatine and drop down to my "natural" weight if you want to look at like that...how much weight should i be expecting to lose from water?

It would just be water weight and bloat. I lose 5 pounds when I stop creatine.
i'd say just stack it, creatine is natural enough i dont think it'd averse the affects
yeah i was thinkin about that too, i was just afriad the diuretic effects of SD would just suck all the water that creatine tried to put in...ive been on creatine straight through from sept so im gunna give myself a little 6 week break from it and start it again in pct to hopefully add some extra weight, and endurance at the end of the SD cycle....just feel weird about it cuz im so used to being on creatine.
