Immidiately after my workout I have a protein shake, and I just bought Gaspari size on and plan to use this post workout with superpump 250 being my preworkout supp. so my question is what do I do about that protein shake I usually drink? just take that with the size on? or space it apart? any info is really appreciated I'm confused??...??
