    Which One Do You Think Is The Best Supplement For You?

    HEY GUYS,

    AS WE ALL KNOW THERE ARE 1000s OF LEGAL SUPPLEMENTS OUT THERE WAITING FOR US TO BUY, SOME OF THEM ARE REALLY GOOD AND SOME ARE JUST TO WASTE OUR MONEY.

    BY YOU SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE WITH US ABOUT YOUR EXPERINCE WITH SOME OF THIS LEGAL SUPPLEMENTS, WE CAN ALL LEARN AND WORK TOGETHER FOR THAT ONE GOAL WHICH IS TO GAIN MUCLES MASS.

    I REALIZE THAT WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT AND THAT WE ALL REACT DIFFERENTLY WHEN USING SOME OF THIS LEGAL SUPPLEMENTS, BUT IN GENERAL WHEN THE SUPPLEMENTS ARE GOOD THEY WILL WORK AND GIVE YOU GOOD RESULTS.

    I ALSO KNOW THAT A GOOD DIET HIGH IN PROTEIN WILL ALSO HELP YOU A GREAT DEAL, BUT THE SUPPLEMENTS IS WHAT WE ALL WANT TO KNOW.

    SO, THE QUESTION IS:

    WHICH ONE DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST SUPPLEMENT IN TODAYS MARKET THAT WILL HELP YOU GAIN SOME HARD MUSCLE MASS?.

    Creatine Ethyl Ester it's the best creatine out there is doesn't give you that water bloat look

    Nitrix Oxides IMO are some of the best supplements out there Superpump 250 and No-Xplode for example.

    Pelon, sounds like you already know the best supplements since you stated how important protein is. throw in some vitamins & minerals and you will have everything you need.

    There are very few supplements I would recommend for adding mass (which is different than getting a pump lol).... other than whey proteins, BCAA's, and other dietary supp's.

    Protein all the way I like creatine also but don't think it's as important as protein.

    Ive used animal pack imo it was just vitamins, didnt see much off of m stak or stak 2 either maybe like 2 lbs.

    Animal Pak will give you a good Branch Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) base if you are new to supplements.
    Believe Blown SC mentioned BCAA's.

    Also, read a Washington Post article about Gaspari being investigated by the FDA for their Halodrol-50. (If it's being looked in to, there might be some kinda boost to it)

    potent combo

    Creatine Ethyl Ester spiked with caffeine and ephedra. and yes i did gain muscle mass as well as strength in all of my lifts.

    You guys are right I am not to convence about the aminal products I was going to buy some for the new year and start 2006 using a new product that I have not use before, creatine Ethyl Ester could be a good option to gain some hard muscle mass, but if you think there is a better legal products by experience please let me know.

    That you think I can buy all of these products:

    PHERA PLEX
    SUPERDROL
    SURPER PUMP 250

    AND ALL THE OTHER GOOD PRODUCTS.

    IS VITAMIN SHOPPED OR GNC A GOOD PLACE TO GET THEM?.

    I was totally joking about the fake Phera Plex yesterday, but I found that some sites have SNS Methyl-Drol XT which is supposed to be comparable to Superdrol for $24.95 and SNS Methyl-Plex XT which is supposed to be comparable to Phera Plex for $19.95.

    I wonder how the SNS (Serious Nutrition Solutions) versions compare to the Anabolic Xtreme versions, does anyone know?

    and from what i know....they're about the same in effectiveness but the sides for superdrol are generally worse.....don't quote me as i've only used superdrol, but i seem to remember reading that somewhere.

    the perfect workout may take you years to find, everyones different and responds to different diets and routines and has different opinions. but i just did PP and was very satisfied with the results, next up is SD in a few months.
