Can you mix CEE with ECA in the same training session

with regular creatine you couldn't, but now?

And btw I'm using DYMATIZE XPAND caplets, I take 5 of them 30 min prior to working out....? Is that cool?

Thanks a lot, this is my first post after a while...

Caffeine and creatine should NOT be taken together. The caffeine cancels the creatines effects on ATP production. Plus it increases the relaxtion time of the muscle between sets, making you weaker.

    Good info.

Plus you won't know how well the eca is working if you are all bloated with the creatine. When I do ECA, I stop creatine. Gives my body a break from the creatine so the receptors can refresh themselves. (Maybe it's just physological though)

thats one study....plenty of people get results with products like NO XPLODE which contains both caffiene and creatine. It may slightly lessen its affect, but it does not "cancel out" creatines affect.

Why would you want all that extra water weight when you are trying to cut? When on creatine I have an extra 5-7 lbs of water. That's a good chunk of weight.

i have been taking CEE for about a month and have not been retaining water at all. My strength is increasing dramatically and i have been supplementing caffeine for energy after work and before my workouts. I like it, but the idea that they are counteracting each other makes sense. I am planning on trying the CEE without the caffeine and see if i get better results.
