    ??Flax seed oil and milk thistle dosage??

    what's the recommended dosage of flax seed oil and milk thistle. i've read that milk thistle should be run at 1000mg everyday if your using orals in your cycle. and 500mg if your just using moderate dosage of injectables. for flax seed oil what would you recommend? how many milligrams/grams?
