What's a good PCT after doing a 4 week cycle of PP?

Any suggestions on a good PCT after a 4 week cycle of PP and also how long u think before I can do another cylce iof anything? Thanks

20mg nolva and 100mg clomid ED for 4 weeks. Run liver and heart protection throughout PCT, as well.
At least time on equals time off.

If cash isn't an issue, I would run arimidex at 0.25mg ED for 4 weeks. It will boost test levels higher than nolva or clomid.

Any idea how much arimidex runs for? Never thought bought using that for PCT. Thanks
