Hahaha you think so...? Hmm well so far this is my 4th day on it and I seen alil strength gain nothing special =) It would be nice to see some muscle gain soon though haha.

Hahaha that's not a problem, well actually I have gained 3-5 pounds(water or fat) but I doubt it's from the Phera-Plex. My measurements should be the same... I am waiting to do measurements when I am done so I could feel better later.
