I use it right after working out, before I drink my post workout shake, it's supposed to shuttle carbs into your muscles... I thought it was worth a try. It's new on the market. I do find my muscles to feel fuller around and hour after shake. But that could just be the Maltodextrin?

Thanks, I'm going there now to take a look. You say that you feel fuller after about an hour after you have taken it? Does the fullness last or is it temporary? I guess from your post that you take it with a protien shake. You see, you ask one simple question and the next thing you know you become an expert on the stuff!!! Thanks again,

I don't know bro, I mean I feel tighter andl more vascular, but that could be numerous other things as well, my diet has also changed. I have taken it for a about 3 wks now and do feel as though I have made some good natural gains, but that's also because I've incorperated postworkout carbs, which I hadn't done in awhile so I don't know which one is doing it's job, but one is fore sure.

Your diet change may have somthing to do with it but I'm gonna try it anyway. As far as being an expert??? Well that was kinda of a joke, you know you ask one questions then I keep bombarding you with other questions that makes you take a different look at it or do a little more research about it and before you know it you have become an expert so to speak. Or at least alot more knowledgeable anyways. You just have to understand my smart ass humor LOL!

I gotta bring this one back since ALA has become so big now. This stuff called Control is 800mg of ALA, 80mg of Vandall Sulfate, and 100mg of Chromium Picolinate. I'm kinda of interested in it again since I have been hearing so much about the potential of ALA. It is expensive though which is the down fall $25 bucks for a 60 cap bottle. But I was wondering about making my own home brew. For all you ALA guru's, what is the benefit of added Vandall Sulfate, and Chromium Picolinate to the ALA mix? They must have some reason behind it? I wish I could post at Elite to bring some more opinon's on this matter because there is alot more talk about ALA over there, but for some reason I can't?

25 bucks is not expensive at all. i paid 22 bucks for ala which is 300mgs and 60pills. this is a health food store in my town. i shopped around to. thats the going price in my town
