Superdrol routine question
Hello everyone,
I've been lurking for awhile and have made a superdrol cycle based on the wide variety of threads I've read and tried to absorb.
My cycle is:
Week 1-2: 20mg SD, 1000mg milk thistle, 1000mg red yeast rice, and 5mg of taurine
Week 3: 30mg SD, all else the same
I have two quick questions.
First, my original PCT routine was simply going to be Rebound XT for 75/50/25mg on weeks 1/2/3. However, there seems to be some argument that this is not enough and Nolvadex should be used. I happen to have a bottle left over from my M1T cycle last year.
Should I use this in my PCT with the Rebound? Use it alone? Just use the Rebound? The bottle has been sitting for a year, so I'm not sure if it's "expired".
Second, my routine itself. Due to the anabolic nature of SD, I was curious on the opinion of working out bodyparts multiple times per week. Currently I'm on a 1 bodypart per day routine for 6 days per week and it's worked quite well, but I wonder if I'd be better served by doing a rotating 3 day routine to take better advantage of the anabolic nature of this cycle.
