    Creatine

    Hey guys just wondering what is the best creatine you guys have come accross, I have used a poweder that just sais creatine on it, not even sure what brand it is, and also have used chrialc****e, which are little purple creatine pills, wasn't too extited about any of em, also wodnering what recommended dose you guys sugest. THANKS
